Concord Grape Jelly

A week before the Bacchus-style overnight grape gorging festival put on by a gang of local raccoons, we harvested a generous amount of highly flavourful Concords, some for juice, and some for this yummy jelly.  Serving suggestion?  Can you say the classic PB & J sandwich?  Peanut butter not for you?  Try it with sunflower seed butter, absolutely outstanding!
