ECSONG Mushroom Day
18 particpants, 4 types of mushrooms, 3 types of growing media, and some tasty samples describes our recent mushroom workshop. We were able to bring lots of fresh King Stropharia mushrooms to fry up and try, as all the patches fruited heavily... a very fun day with a great group of people...
